This year’s Miss pageant at the DDOR BG CAR SHOW 09 and the 18th International MOTOPASSION—celebrating motorcycles, quads, scooters, and equipment—unfolded amid a vibrant gathering of visitors, culminating in a stylish and memorable finale.
Following the tradition of previous years, the event was elevated by an existing additional program, however, the highlight that consistently captivates the greatest attention and draws every gaze in the audience, remains the Miss competition itself.
This time, the distinguished panel entrusted with selecting the most beautiful and captivating hostesses included actress Iva Štrljić, fashion designer Suzana Perić, and journalist Mladen Mijatović.
Their task proved particularly challenging this year. From a pool of more than 80 applicants, the jury refined their selection to ten standout finalists, before ultimately singling out the top three through a process of thoughtful interviews and careful deliberation.
The grand announcement unfolded in Hall 1 of the Belgrade Fair, where the atmosphere swelled with excitement—punctuated by the spirited resonance of car sirens in a unique show of support, the three charming contestants were announced.
In this charged and celebratory setting, Petra Horvat, who graces the Peugeot display, was awarded the title of Miss DDOR BG CAR SHOW 09 and the 18th International MOTOPASSION.
The title of first runner-up was presented to Ana Vučković of the Citroën showcase, while Milica Radojković, representing Ford, earned the distinction of second runner-up, completing this year’s lovely trio of winners.
A hostess from DDOR Insurance bestowed the sashes on the winners, while the awards were formally handed over on behalf of the Belgrade Fair by its director, Nikola Banković.
The DDOR BG CAR SHOW 09 and the 18th International MOTOPASSION scooter, quads, and equipment fair will continue until March 24, offering visitors a rich program of engaging events and programs.
Highlights this year include a vintage car spectacle on Sunday, as well as daily RC model races held in Hall 2, Level C. Furthermore, NAVAK is organizing daily driver education sessions focused on safe driving techniques.
