Preshow Period
Calendar of activities for the preparatory period of the fair.
The deadline for submitting applications for technical services and the construction and equipping of the stand, the deadline for submitting the stand project for certification.
The working hours of the hall during the stand assembly period are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The deadline for the completion of works on the assembly and decoration of the stands is March 20, 2023. until 8:00 p.m.
The working hours of the hall are from 08:00 to 20:00
Show period
22 - 28.03.2023. - DURATION OF THE EVENT
Until the halls open for visitors, exhibitors enter the halls at the official entrances.

Postshow period
Information about the closing of the event and dismantling of the stands.
28.03.2023. – CLOSING OF THE SHOW
Closing of the Fair at 19:00.
Removal of carpets from the aisles by 8:00 p.m., removal of exhibits and dismantling of stands by 11:00 p.m.
29 – 31.03.2023. – DISASSEMBLY OF STANDS
The working hours of the hall during the period of disassembling the stands are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The deadline for the completion of the works on dismantling the stands is 31.03.2023. until 10:00 p.m.
Passes
Free exhibitor passes can be picked up at the inspectorates of the exhibition area.

Additional exhibition passes and tickets

Additional exhibitor passes and tickets can be ordered and collected before the start of the fair at the inspectorates of the exhibition area, and during the fair at the ticket office.
Important notes
- Before starting the assembly of the stand, it is necessary to pay for the lease of the space and the construction and equipment of the stand.
- Exhibitors who arrange the exhibition space themselves have the obligation to verify the stand project. Verification is done in the project office of the Belgrade Fair, and the project can also be submitted by e-mail in PDF format to the address overaprojekta@sajam.rs.
- Exhibitors are obliged to respect the opening and closing times of the Car Show, i.e. that the stand with exhibits be in operation for the Journalists' Day and from the opening of the event on 03/22/2023. from 10:00 a.m. to the end of the event, 28.03.2023. until 7:00 p.m.
- After the end of the working hours for visitors, the electricity at the stands is turned off for safety reasons.
- On the last day of the event, transport vehicles will be allowed to enter the Fair after 19:00.
- Smoking is prohibited in the halls of the Fair.
- Exhibitors are obliged to observe all protective measures prescribed in order to suppress and prevent the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19.
